arlette-janssens-coach-vannesArlette Janssens worked as Marketing Manager of the Accor Group and contributed to the launching of many hotels in Europe and U.S. while managing multicultural teams.
As a Sales Manager at Wagons-Lits she trained sales executives on intercultural differences.
In 1989 she undertook a new project with British Petroleum.  As International Training manager she trained new teams in English, Flemish and French to meet the standards of the group.
She obtained a Master in International Marketing upon graduating from the CNAM (Conservatoire National d’Arts et Métiers) in Nantes.
In 1995 she decided to invest herself entirely in ongoing training and helping people within companies with intercultural awareness and time management.
Now a Certified Coach, Arlette Janssens is largely affected by the quality of decisions made to accommodate the needs of individuals.
As a personal and professional Coach she helps you to get your business running at peak performance and helps you to keep your business skills sharp.
She helps people looking for clarity, meaningful change and solid results in their life, career or business.

She is author of “When Culture Mingles” and did Research on Cultural Differences and Business Psychology.
